Using this site
These terms apply to www.enaluxebeauty.com, operated by Ena Luxe Beauty ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Discount codes
Codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn if misused.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping information and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Product information
Results vary from person to person. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do a patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Check the ingredient list for allergens. Stop use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and packaging may vary slightly.
Reviews and messages you send us
If you post a review, you confirm it is honest and based on your own experience, and you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our site and marketing. We may edit or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.
Our content
The site’s text, images, logos, designs and product names belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, bypass its security, submit false information, or use automated tools to buy or collect data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law of your home state requires otherwise.
