Returns & refunds

Unopened products

If you are not happy with an unopened, unused product, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return for a refund of the product price.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

Email support@enaluxebeauty.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
